Luggage storage rules

The visitor is obliged to follow the instructions and orders of the luggage storage employee.

By using the luggage storage service, the visitor accepts the luggage storage rules.

Unauthorized persons are prohibited from being in the luggage storage area.

The items left in the luggage storage by the visitor who has lost their claim number will be returned after the end of the event, when the luggage storage is empty of other visitors' items. The luggage is issued on the basis of an identity document and in the presence of a luggage storage employee. In case of lost items, write info@livenation.ee.

The following items are not accepted in the luggage storage:

food and drink;

any firearms and cold weapons, pyrotechnics, electronic devices, dangerous substances and objects;

alcohol, drugs;

animals and other living creatures;
-
bicycles, roller skates and skateboards, stools, other mobility devices, strollers and carts.

Acceptance of any type of bag for storage is based on permission to inspect the contents and items of the bag!

Luggage storage employees may refuse to store items whose shape, origin, or purpose is unclear or appears dangerous!

The luggage storage employee is not responsible for valuable items lost or damaged in bags, suitcases, etc.

The luggage storage will close half an hour (30 minutes) after the end of the event.

Luggage storage locations can be found on the area plan of the respective event:
NB! In the event of an evacuation, items left in the luggage storage will not be released. Information about the release time will be provided within a reasonable time on the organizer's social media accounts and Live Nation Estonia website.
