Internal Rules

Justin Timberlake 09.06.25 at Tallinn Song Festival Grounds

Forus Security AS will provide security at Justin Timberlake’s concert. The internal rules were established by the event organizer and are to be followed by everyone on the premises.

 

The visitor is obliged to: 

  • Follow the concert's internal rules.

  • Behave correctly, follow generally accepted moral standards, and maintain cleanliness. 

 

The visitor has the right to:

  • Enjoy the concert.

  • Contact the organizing staff to resolve any problems.

  • Submit suggestions and complaints in accordance with the applicable procedure. 

 

Admission to the concert (the organizer reserves the right to select clients):

  • Admission to the concert is guaranteed by a ticket/wristband which has been purchased in advance and the presence of which will be checked at the entrance/gate. If you show your ticket from your phone, download it to your device, as there may not be internet coverage at the location. If you show your ticket from your phone, you must ensure that the brightness of your phone's screen is set to maximum and that the phone's screen is intact. If the screen is broken, it is difficult to read the QR code. If you have the colors on your phone are inverted, know that the QR code will not work in this case - set the colors to normal mode.

  • The security guard has the right to search the visitor's person and belongings and to check the visitor's age both at the entrance and in the concert area. To prove age, the visitor must present an identification document (passport, ID card, driver's license).

  • Children under the age of four are not allowed at the concert.

  • Hearing protection is strongly recommended for visitors under 10 years of age.

  • The visitor is obliged to keep the ticket/wristband carefully until the end of the event.

  • The ticket becomes invalid if the ticket has been scanned or the control strip on the ticket has been damaged/removed. 

  • The wristband becomes invalid if the wristband attachment has been tampered with or the wristband has been transferred to someone else in any way - repeated attempts to use it.

  • Persons who are aggressive, negatively minded, under the influence of drugs and/or visibly intoxicated upon arrival will not be allowed to enter the territory.

  • According to Section 23 of the Child Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, it is PROHIBITED for anyone under the age of 16 to be in public places (including concert areas) after midnight without being accompanied by an adult!

  • NB! After checking the ticket, check out the area plan Make sure you know where the medical points, information point, water points, and nearest exits are located. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the nearest service staff.

 

It is not permitted to bring the following into the concert area:

  • glass, tin, plastic or other containers or objects whose contents or breakage, etc. may endanger the safety of the person or others (including thermoses);

  • your own food and/or drink;

  • your own alcohol, narcotics and/or psychotropic substances;

  • all kinds of pets;

  • professional and semi-professional photo, audio and/or video recording equipment, including drones (you may carry mobile phones and "soap boxes" - only cameras without zoom and interchangeable lenses are allowed); opro or similar cameras and selfie sticks (tripod sticks);

  • tablets (including iPads) and laptops, posters, banners and flags, as well as umbrellas, which are objects that obstruct the view of other visitors;

  • any firearms and cold weapons, pyrotechnics, chains, syringes, laser pointers, flashing laser sticks, dangerous substances and objects;

  • bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, strollers or other means of transportation;

  • motorcycle helmets, camping and folding chairs, stools;

  • excess luggage and items – do not bring large bags or unnecessary items that will slow down the inspection of your person and belongings at the gate. There is also a paid luggage storage at the Oru, Mere and Mäe entrances. Check out in advance the luggage storage information and rules.

You are only allowed to enter the area with a maximum of 0.5L of transparent empty plastic bottle. NB! It is not permitted to enter the fan area with drink bottles or food. Only a drink in a deposit cup is allowed. 

 

The organizer/security company has the right to remove the following persons from the concert territory:

  • disrupt the order (fight, causing bodily harm, theft, possession/use of or trafficking in narcotic or psychotropic substances, etc.), commit vandalism, are visibly intoxicated on the territory;

  • possess the things or objects mentioned in the previous points, organize sales and/or marketing activities (distributing advertisements and flyers, etc.) without coordination with the organizer;

  • perform crowd surfing or “surfing” on top of festival visitors;

  • disobey the orders of security personnel in the concert area and/or violate generally accepted moral standards.

 

The ticket/wristband of a person removed from the concert will become invalid, and the person will lose the right to return to the concert. The person also does not have the right to demand a ticket refund/compensation for the ticket price from the organizer. A visitor who breaks or damages the concert area's inventory is obliged to fully compensate for the damage caused.

NB! Flying drones over the territory of the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds and in its immediate vicinity before and during the event is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! See the plan for the no-fly zone on the website of the Transport Administration.

A deposit utensil system will be used at the event, please check out more detailed information about it in advance.
