Information about deposit packages
Deposit utensils will be used in the event area. The process is simple: 3 euros are collected for each deposit item, and when you return the cup, you will be refunded 2 euros for the deposit, with 1 euro remaining as a recycling fee. This initiative ensures that we collectively contribute to environmental protection, keeping Estonian nature clean, and eliminating single-use plastic waste. By charging a recycling fee, we can cover the costs associated with the service, including the collection, cleaning, and transportation of reusable items. We believe that sharing these responsibilities will bring long-term benefits to all involved.
How to request a deposit refund:
-
Keep the deposit cups: Do not throw away the deposit cups and utensils in the trash. Instead, hold on to them during the event and reuse them.
-
Return to designated locations: Deposit return tents that act as return points. Please note that there are seven separate return points for utensils and cups will not be returned at sales counters.
-
Deposit return by cash or card: Once you have returned the items, you can receive your deposit back in cash or have it transferred back to your card, depending on your preference. The money returned to the card will be credited to your account within 4 business days.
We thank you for your support and understanding in this important environmental endeavor.
